Dear Host
As a parent, there is always room for improvement. Improve your own habits, your own life choices. Remember that children do not do as you say, they do as you do. Strive to be the best parent that you can be. You are impacting your child’s life, not just for the here and now, but you are molding their characters. You are directly influencing the type of person they will become. Lead by example. Remember as well, you are the parent and so, you need to take responsibility for the way you choose to raise your children. Ask yourself: what type of person am I training my child to be? A pleasure loving, worldly person, with a short attention span and one that is only focused on self, or a young person who is kind, responsible and loving. Essentially, you are raising the future generation. If you want society to be good, raise a child that will make a good impact on society, a child that you would be proud to acknowledge that you are their parent.
