so im paying R500 for 2 security gaurds to sit at the corner cafe by the ritz cafe. for them to be on there phones. this security detail is pretty much a joke. im a norwood resident and i see everything thats going here. from the homeless people and the hitting of little kids. They are selling a GIMIC.
