“The Galilee Forces – The Lone Wolves”, a terrorist organization which operates under the inspiration of Hezbollah, has marked another target for elimination, this time Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Israel Katz (Likud).
The organization published a message on its Telegram channel featuring a photo of Minister Katz with the caption: “Your end is near”.
The message in Hebrew and Arabic reads: “Israel Katz, minister (on behalf of) the Likud Party. The crime: incitement to kill the Palestinians and standing to the right of the settlers who burn lands and destroy houses.”
The organization stated that Minister Katz lives in Moshav Kfar Ahim, and that the mission of the organization’s operatives is to kill “this racist person.”
The call came after Minister Katz, in an interview with Galei Tzahal (IDF Radio), refrained from calling the revenge actions of Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria “acts of terrorism”, similar to how the heads of the IDF and Shin Bet defined it.
To the question, “Do you think these riots in the Palestinian villages are terrorism?” Minister Katz replied, “I think that these are nationalist actions and this is something that should not be permitted… Terrorism is something that is different. Terrorism is terror that the Palestinians use against Jews, against soldiers, against innocent civilians. Let’s not compare the two.”
In recent months, the Galilee Forces have issued a series of threats to kill right-wing politicians, including National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, Knesset member Amit Halevi from the Likud Party, MK Limor Son Har-Melech (Otzma Yehudit), Yesha Council chairman Yossi Dagan, and Dr. Edy Cohen, who ran for the Knesset on the Likud slate.
