A four-year-old boy who was riding his bicycle in the Wadi Ara area in northern Israel fell off of the bike and died of his injuries today (Thursday).
Magen David Adom medics and paramedics evacuated the child to Emek Medical Center in Afula in critical condition while performing CPR. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
