Alexander Farini, a tourist from Italy, was murdered on Friday night, and seven others were injured in a terrorist ramming attack near Charles Clore Park on the beach in Tel Aviv.
The terrorist was identified as Yusuf Abu Jabar, a resident of Kfar Kasem, northeast of Tel Aviv. He had a criminal record but no security record. The terrorist was neutralized by a police officer who was near the scene.
