Ora Mordoff, mother of Nachman Shmuel who was murdered in the shooting attack yesterday (Tuesday) near the gas station near the Jewish community of Eli in the Binyamin Regional Council, mourned his death.
Ora told Kan Reshet Bet: “My heart is broken into pieces, on the other hand there is faith in G-d who runs the world. We thank G-d for giving us such a great gift, for giving us Nachman. He was not yet 16 years old, a boy with a lot of strength and joy, a boy who loved the Land and People of Israel. He only wanted to do good. He put others before himself. My heart is broken.”
A friend of Harel Masoud, who was also killed in the attack said: “He was released from the IDF three months ago, bought a herd, and planned to move to a farm, to a new settlement. He was a happy, optimistic guy, and very attached to the Land of Israel. He loved to fight for her. You can’t describe a person in a few words.”
The four murdered in the attack have been named as: Elisha Antman, (18) Harel Masoud (21 from Binyamin) Ofer Fairman (63 years-old from Eli) and Nachman Shmuel Mordoff, (15 years-old from Ahiya). Antman was laid to rest in the Eli cemetery and Masoud in the cemetery in Moshav Yesodot.
Four people were injured in the attack. One is in serious condition and the other hospitalized with moderate to mild injuries. According to PA reports, the security forces raided the terrorists’ homes in the village of Orif south of Nablus last night.
Harel and Elisha were buried tonight, while Ofer and Nachman will be laid to rest at 12 pm and 10:30 am respectively.
