An IDF reservist stole a HMMWV (Humvee) type vehicle without having a military license in his possession and caused minor damage to it.
The soldier left his base in the Humvee without the knowledge of his commanders, drove with it to his home in Petah Tikva, and took his family for a trip.

During the trip, the damage was done to the jeep’s wheel cover. After seven hours the soldier returned back to the base without reporting the incident.
Following the incident, the brigade commander ordered to secure the Humvees at the base with a locking chain.
