The Sovereignty Movement”s Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar urged Israelis to attend the million people rally for judicial reform on Thursday.
“We spent the day [Independence Day] celebrating with family and friends but we cannot go rest,” Katsover and Matar said in a statement. “We must continue to work hard for the future of the Jewish State as the nation state of the Jewish People in its Biblical heartland.”
They called on English speakers to mobilize in the anglo world for support with regard to judicial reform, explaining the real facts of the issue to their communities.
“There is a real hasbara war going on with the left spreading lots of lies,” they said.
“One example is Mika Almog, journalist writer and Shimon Peres’ granddaughter,” they added. “Three days ago she publicized a vitriolic clip in English full of lies and blood libels against the government of Israel. Her video has been seen by tens of thousands.”
They praised a group of anglos who created a response video in English to counter Almog”s false claims, urging English speakers to “spread and share these videos far and wide.”
