Oded Revivi, the head of the Efrat Local Council, on Monday denied false reports that circulated on social media and which claimed that the organs of Lucy Dee, who was murdered in a deadly terrorist shooting attack in the Jordan Valley, were donated to a Palestinian Arab terrorist.
Revivi said that “no appeal was made to the Supreme Court, the spreading of these rumors harms the grieving family in its message to focus on the unity of Israel and the fact that it encourages organ donations.”
The Israel Prison Service said that the report about the donation of Lucy’s organs to a security prisoner is false and offensive: “We ask to immediately stop spreading these statements and respect the family in its time of grief.”

Leo Dee, who is sitting Shiva in Efrat after the murder of his wife Lucy and their daughters Maia and Rina, said on Sunday, “We are happy that she saved five lives and we are happy that one of them is an Arab because that is how she would have wanted it to be. She certainly had a lot of love for all human beings.”
