I would like to make a suggestion. I am convinced that a simple ON LINE service can be created whereby I pay my drivers licence fee (to a designated bank?) and be supplied by an A4 printout to validate my drivers licence for the next 5 years. To prove my legality I must be able to present my present licence (about to expire) plus the paid for A4 copy as proof. REGARDS
