18 IDF soldiers were lightly injured, and one soldier was moderately injured on Sunday in a collision between the bus they were traveling in and a truck at the Tlalim Junction in southern Israel.
The accident occurred as the soldiers were traveling by bus to an IDF base in the Negev desert. The injured were brought to Soroka Hospital in Be’er Sheva, and their families were informed.
MDA EMTs and paramedics, together with an IDF medical force, administered medical care and brought 20 injured individuals to the hospital among those, one 20-year-old in moderate condition with chest trauma and 19 lightly, including 18 passengers of the bus and the truck driver.
