This week, a delegation of Jews from around the world arrived in Israel for a special tour to
observe and follow the development of Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria.
The tour included visits to Israeli towns in Judea and Samaria, tours of historical sites,
exploring pioneering settlement points, praying at Rachel’s Tomb and a visit to the
Knesset, where they met ministers and members of the government and expressed the
support of the Jews of the world for strengthening and expanding the settlement enterprise.
The tour was led by Nachala Chairwoman, Daniella Weiss together with Lital Slonim, a
member of the Nachala management and Gila Slonim, Director of PR. Daniella told the
participants of the delegation about the Jewish history of Judea and Samaria and the
positive development of the settlements.
Daniella shared the experiences of the unique tour: “We have a mission to show the
members of the delegation the positive sides of the Land of Israel and the settlements so
that they will pass the impressions on to their family and friends abroad and be ambassadors
for the settlements around the world.”
Lital excitedly told the group: “There is a growing interest of Jews from around the world to actually be
partners in the building of the country and the Zionist enterprise, many take part and actually
support the establishment of new settlements and the redemption of land.”
“It is a true gift to be an active member of the Nachala Family. This mission showed me new
vistas and opened my soul as I watched the excitement of participants as they met
pioneering families and stood on top of some of the most magnificent mountains in our
beautiful homeland,” said Gila.
MK Limor Son Har Melech praised the activity of the Nachala movement, saying: “They
always look one step ahead. The Nachala movement is one of the leaders of the struggle for
the resettlement of the country with strength and determination.”
“Today the campaign for the land is very difficult and challenging, the members of the Nachala movement are engaged in building the land from a place of complete faith in the right of the people of Israel to their land and the inheritance of their ancestors. In everything related to Israel, they are not content with what is existing and always strive to move forward. Their struggle is the struggle of all of
us! The Nachala movement is the answer, it is the real victory in the battle for our country
and the whole world understands this. Our role as public messengers is to support any such
action and trend.”
Member of Knesset Ohad Tal told the delegation: “I want to thank Nachala very much for bringing all these wonderful people from all over the world to Israel, to strengthen Israel, to strengthen our identity, and to strengthen our life in the Land of Israel in Judea and Samaria.”
